# Comma-Separated Global Search

*Comma-Separated Global Search* in ExtraaEdge CRM allows users to search multiple leads, including phone numbers, email addresses, and names, in a single query. This feature helps quickly retrieve data related to multiple leads, saving time and effort.

**Bulk Search Limits**
* You can search up to 5,000 phone numbers and email addresses at one time.
* You can search up to 100 names in one time.
***Steps to Perform Bulk Search***
1. **Access the Global Search Bar**
* On the dashboard, locate the Global Search bar at the top of the screen.
2. **Enter Multiple Search Queries**
* In the search bar, input multiple phone numbers, email addresses, or names.
* Separate each search value using a comma ( , ).
**Example:** \
9897454789, 9977448855, 9898989890\
**or** , \
**or** Vaibhav Sharma, Ruchi Bhatt, Diksha Bhatt
3. **Initiate the Search**
* Click the Search (magnifying glass icon) button or press Enter to begin the search.
4. **View Search Results**
* The system will display all matching records.
* You can click on each result to view detailed lead information.
**Best Practices for Bulk Search**
* Ensure there are no extra spaces between commas and search values.
* Double-check the format of email addresses and phone numbers to avoid errors.
* If a name search does not return expected results, try searching by email or phone number instead.
**Troubleshooting**
* If no results appear, verify that the numbers, emails, or names are correctly formatted.
* If the search is slow or incomplete, try reducing the number of search queries.
