# Sending SMS to multiple leads
ExtraaEdge CRM allows counselors to send bulk SMS to multiple leads at once, ensuring efficient communication. This feature helps in sharing important updates, event reminders, and follow-ups.
Want to send a text message to multiple leads at a time? Use SMS All feature.
#### Step 1 : Apply available filters to get the leads as per your requirement
#### Step 2: Click on Send SMS To All Icon present in the master panel.
**Step 3:** Click on Send SMS from the confirmation dialog box.
#### Step 4: A SMS panel will open on the right-hand side.
* Select whom you wish to send the message
* Select the message template or create your own message
* Select Promotional or Transnational Route
* Select Sender ID
Step 5: Click on **SEND SMS**\
