Step 1: - Click on the Analytics Dashboard present on the left side of the panel.
- Then click on the Dashboard Index on the right-hand side.
Step2: - Then click on the Enterprise Whatsapp Sent Analysis present in the Communication Dashboard.
Step 3: - Here you can see the overall parameters of enterprise WhatsApp.
E.g. Total WhatsApp consumed, Total BIM messages sent, Usage by counselor, WhatsApp not responded by counselor, Whatsapp sent status.
Note: Here you can also filter out the data w.r.t. Dates.
Step 4: - Click on the Non-Enterprise Whatsapp Sent Analysis, then you will be able to see the data of initiated non-enterprise Whatsapp.
In this way, you can track Whatsapp Analytics
