Application Form Tracking System

The Application Form Tracking System in ExtraaEdge's CRM empowers educational institutions by providing a comprehensive backend solution to monitor and streamline the student application process.

This helps keep track of each step an applicant takes, from start to finish. It gathers useful information to help understand the process better, spotting any slow points. This makes everything work smoother and helps applicants and managers communicate well. It has an easy-to-use design that allows everyone involved to handle applications quickly and make good choices. Application Form Tracking System makes managing applications much easier. To guide students through the application process, we begin by illustrating the complete journey from the student's perspective. This will include the initial steps to access the application form and proceed through to the final submission. Let's Explore The Process Step By Step! Step 1: - To start the application process, students should fill out the Registration form on the website. This form collects essential information such as name, email, mobile number, country, state, city, program, and course. It also includes a captcha, and we can enhance lead quality by adding OTP verification.

Step 2: - After submitting the registration form, students will receive an email with a verification link. They must click this link to verify their email address.

Step 3: - Once the email is verified, students must log into their accounts using the credentials provided during registration.

Step 4: - A pop-up will appear. Users can separately log in with their credentials later as well, or they can proceed by clicking on.

After clicking on step 1, an Basic Instructions pop-up will appear.

By clicking Continue, you will begin Step 1, where you can fill in your Personal Details, Parents' Details, and Address Details.

In Step 2, fill out your Academic Details.

In Step 3, upload your Documents.

In Step 4, make your Application Payment/Course Payment.

Note: All steps are customizable. We can also handle course payments and the post-application process based on requirements, depending on the payment types your management team wants to collect in the CRM.

- Students have the option to save their forms as drafts at any stage. They can resume completing their application forms later using their login.

Step 5: - The final step is to submit the completed application forms by clicking the 'Submit' button. Students will receive a confirmation email and updates on the application status through the system.


After continuing, Students should complete their application form by filling out any missing personal or academic details that were not collected in the registration form. Step 5: - The below student dashboard will be open to start the application form. This dashboard specifically created for students. It serves as their individual portal, separate from the CRM. On the left panel, students can view their Payment History, submit Queries, or Contact & Email you. Payment History Panel - Here, students can view their payment history and download the Payment Receipt. My Queries - This section allows students to ask questions related to application form. To begin the application process, go to the main dashboard and click on Go To Step 1.

After continuing, Students should complete their application form by filling out any missing personal or academic details that were not collected in the registration form. Step 5: - The below student dashboard will be open to start the application form. This dashboard specifically created for students. It serves as their individual portal, separate from the CRM. On the left panel, students can view their Payment History, submit Queries, or Contact & Email you.
