# Downloading Leads
* **You will be able to download all leads in Excel format.**
**Step 1:** Click on **Download All Leads** icon, you can also apply specific filter if you want to download any specific lead.
**Step 2:** Select all the fields or you can also select customized fields, After selecting Click on **Download Tab** in orange color.
**Step 3:** You will receive email with the lead data. You will get a confirmation notification.

**Note : If you do not see the download leads icon, which means, admin has not given you permissions to download leads. Contact your Customer Success Manager.**

**Step 4:** You can check the status of the data download by clicking on **Bulk Actions** located on the left-hand side panel in the CRM.
Here, you can check progress related to the data download.
