Calling using IVR

If CRM is integrated with the IVR, your calls will be connected IVR directly.

Your account and agent id is needs to be mapped in CRM settings.

Step 1: Click on the Call icon from the action menu on the lead card.

Step 2: Click on Call to proceed with the IVR call. The call will be automatically connected from the IVR.
