Calling using IVR

Calling leads
Watch the video tutorial :
If CRM is integrated with the IVR, your calls will be connected IVR directly.
Your account and agent id is needs to be mapped in CRM settings.

Step 1: Click on the Call icon from the action menu.

Step 2: Click on yes to proceed with the call. The call will be automatically connected from the IVR.
