Creating Email Templates

Admin can create ready to use email templates for the team, so team just need to select the template while sending the email communication.

Step 1 : Click on Settings Panel in the left hand side.

Step 2: Select Email Template & Click on Add Email Template Icon

Step 4: Below window will be open, Select Advanced Template Builder and Continue for Create Email Template as per your requirement.

Step 5: Name Template, Set Subject, and Adjust Visibility.

Use the right sidebar to drag and drop images, headings, buttons, and social icons. Design your template to meet specific requirement.

Step 6: After creating a template, click on PUBLISH

You can add variables like counselors name, counselor contact number, etc in your email.

You can attach document in the email.

You can send test email to a contact number before publishing,
