Searching a Lead

How to Search for a Lead in ExtraaEdge CRM

You will be easily find out your lead from your large database.

  1. Login to the System

  • Open the platform and enter your credentials.

  • On the top navigation bar, you will find a Global Search bar.

  1. Choose Search Criteria

  • From the dropdown, you can search for a lead using different criteria:

    • Global Search – Search across all fields.

    • Applicant Name – Search by the student's full or partial name.

    • Mobile No – Enter the mobile number to search for a specific applicant.

    • Email Id – Search using the applicant’s email address.

    • Application No – Look up a lead using their application number (Optional).

    • Aadhar Card No – Search using the applicant’s Aadhar card number (Optional).

  1. Enter Search Query and Execute Search

  • Once you've selected a search category, enter the applicant’s name, email, phone number, or application number in the search box.

  • Click on the magnifying glass icon or press Enter to execute the search.

  1. View Search Results

  • The search results will appear below, displaying a lead that match the query.

  1. Each result will show

  • Applicant Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Status (Untouched, Follow-up, Interested, etc.)

  • Icons for communication (call, email, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Lead details (View all button)

We can add Advanced Search options for more refined lead searches. To enable Advanced Search for your account, go to Raise a Ticket in the CRM and submit a request.
