# Sending SMS to Individual Lead

Sending SMS to an Individual Lead, you can send personalized SMS directly to a lead for quick and effective communication. This feature allows counselors to engage leads instantly.

You will be to send personalized/Template SMS to each lead individually.

#### Step 1: Click on lead’s mobile number.

#### Step 2: A SMS panel will open on the right-hand side.  You need to select&#x20;

1. Whom you want to send
2. A ready message from a template or type your custom message
3. Promotional or Transnational Route
4. Sender Id
