# Drip Marketing
Drip Marketing is also known as Rule Engine, Segmentation

This feature can be used for trigger based communication automation. Also, with the help of this automation, you will be able to update.

**Step 1:** Click on Drip Marketing in the left hand side of panel.
**Step 2:** Click on + icon in the right hand side of bottom corner, Below window will be open.
**Step 3:** Give a Name to this rule. Set the Start Date and Time
**Step 3 :** Set trigger events, you can add multiple conditions and combination of and / Or
**Step 4 :** Add actions you CRM to perform in Then section.

You can send Email, SMS communication.
Also, on the basis of student response to these communication, you can send one more communication. Use Add Dependent Action to add one more communication.

**Step 5 :** Click on Save.
