This feature can be used for trigger based communication automation. Also, with the help of this automation, you will be able to update

Step 1: Click on Drip Marketing / Segmentation / Rule Engine

Step 2: Give a Name to this rule. Set the Start Date and Time

Step 3 : Set trigger events. Please you can add multiple conditions and combination of and / Or

Step 4 : Add actions you CRM to perform in Then section.

You can send Email, SMS communication.

Also, on the basis of student response to these communication, you can send one more communication. Use Add Dependent Action to add one more communication.

Step 5 : Click on Save
