Steps to Refer Bulk Leads
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to refer a lead using the system. You can either refer a single lead or multiple leads at once.
Login to the System
Access your account and navigate to the lead referral section.
Select 'Refer Bulk Leads”
Select Counselor
Click on Assign to choose a counselor.
Select the counselor to whom the lead needs to be transferred.
Fill any additional notes.
Refer the Bulk Lead
Click on the 'Refer' button to complete the process..
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation pop-up once the lead is successfully referred.
