1. **Login to the System**
* Access your account and navigate to the lead referral section.
* Select 'Refer Bulk Leads”
2. **Select Counselor**
* Click on Assign to choose a counselor.
* Select the counselor to whom the lead needs to be transferred.
* Fill any additional notes.
3. **Refer the Bulk Lead**
* Click on the '**Refer**' button to complete the process..
5. **Confirmation**
* You will receive a confirmation pop-up once the lead is successfully referred.
