How To Track The Application Journey & Application Funnels ?

To monitor your application's progress, use the Application Manager List located on the left-hand side panel. Here, you can track all leads who have started applications or are in any stage of their application.

Tracking these metrics provides valuable insights into the application process, helping to identify potential drop-off points and optimize the funnel for better performance. By closely monitoring the journey from Application Initiation to Enrollment, you can pinpoint areas where applicants may lose interest or encounter issues, allowing you to target interventions more effectively. This proactive approach not only enhances the overall efficiency of application management but also contributes to higher conversion rates. By understanding the nuances of each stage, from personal details submission to payment completion, and accounting for interview processes or offer letter acceptances, you can refine strategies to improve applicant experiences and outcomes. Ultimately, this comprehensive tracking enables you to facilitate a smoother application process, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful enrollments and achieving your enrollment goals.

How To Access The Application Form In The Behalf Of The Student ?

Accessing the Application Form on Behalf of a Student -

  • Navigate to the Application Manager List in the left-hand side panel.

  • Locate the student you wish to assist by finding their name and mobile number.

  • Right next to these details, observe the circle percentage indicator.

  • Click on this indicator to access and view the application form progress, and make any necessary updates on behalf of the student.

  • Alternate Method: We can also access the application form by clicking on the three dots next to the student's details/lead card and selecting the Open Application Form option.

Additional Features In The Application Manager List

  • Clicking on the Three Dots provides several other functionalities, such as -

    • Download Documents: Save required documents to your local device.

    • Generate PDF: Produce a PDF version of the application form.

    • Add Interview Marks: Input marks after completing the interview process.

    • Manual Payment Entry: Enter payment details manually, especially for partial payment.

    • Schedule GDPI: Use the calendar feature to select and mark the date and time for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI).

    • Convert to Application: If needed, you can successfully fill out the application form on behalf of the student. Alternatively, send the application link directly to the lead's email.

    • Assign Evaluator: During the interview process, assign the lead to a designated evaluator to streamline assessments.

    • Update Payment Amount: Use this feature to update the registration or course payment amount accurately.
