How To Send Bulk WhatsApp -

Easily send WhatsApp messages to multiple leads or customers at once using the Bulk WhatsApp feature. This allows you to efficiently communicate important updates, announcements, reminders.

Follow the steps below to streamline your bulk messaging and maximize engagement. 🚀

Step 1: - Select suitable filters to segment out the leads you want to send the WhatsApp communication to.

  • Click on the WhatsApp icon in the master communication panel.

Step2: - In the pop-up, check the existing Send limit and choose a pre-approved suitable template message you want to send to the students.

Select a user to receive students response - This option will direct the response of the students to either Sender (One who is initiating the messages) or the lead Owner.

Click on the Send WhatsApp Button to initiate the WhatsApp Message.
