Quick Add Lead Form
Steps to Quickly Add a Lead in ExtraaEdge CRM
Quick add can be used to add lead when you have minimum required details. This helps counselors to add leads quickly in CRM.
- Access the Quick Add Form: 
- Click on the "+" icon located in the top toolbar of the CRM interface. 

- Fill in Lead Details 
- Complete the form by entering all mandatory fields. Ensure that you provide accurate information for each required field. 

- Enable Welcome Email & SMS (Optional) 
- Check the "Send Welcome Email" and "Send Welcome SMS" options. 
- If these checkboxes are selected, an automatic welcome email and SMS will be sent to the lead upon saving. 

- Save the Lead 
- Click "Save & Close" to finish or "Save & Add More" to continue adding leads. 

- Confirmation of Lead Addition 
- Once the lead is successfully added, a confirmation message will appear at the top right of the screen saying, "Congrats! Lead added successfully!" 
- The newly added lead will now be visible under the Lead Manager section with the provided details. 
- You can now proceed with further actions like follow-ups, communication, or updating the lead's status. 

This confirms that the lead has been successfully stored in the ExtraaEdge CRM. ✅
