Marketing Campaigns

The Marketing Campaigns section allows counselors to create, track, and manage targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

The Marketing Campaigns section provides a comprehensive view of all your ongoing and past campaigns. It allows counselors to review performance metrics, track lead generation, edit campaigns, and stop campaigns when needed.

On the left side panel, you can monitor real-time campaign progress, including key metrics such as delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and dropped. This enables data-driven decision-making, helping optimize outreach efforts and improve lead engagement. Marketing section gives you a list of all your marketing campaigns.

From Marketing section you will be able to

  1. Review performance of all marketing campaigns

  2. Edit the campaign

  3. Stop the campaign
