How To Create WhatsApp Templates -

WhatsApp templates help businesses send pre-approved, structured messages for seamless communication

Follow the steps below to create effective WhatsApp templates that enhance customer engagement!🚀

Step1: - Navigate to Advanced Settings on the left side panel.

  • Select Communications and then choose Template Settings.

  • Click on WhatsApp Templates.

Step2: - Click on the Create Template icon and select the Enterprise option.

Step3: - The Below window display.

  • In the Left Panel, provide basic details of the templates such as Template Name, Template category (Marketing/Utility), and language.

  • In the center panel, Select Header Type (media or text) (in case you want to add media to the template)

  • E.g You can select media then select the media type (image/video/document) as well. The maximum size of any media should not exceed 15 MB in size.

  • E.g you select Media Type - Image (JPG or PNG)

  • You can simply add images from browser and upload.

Step 4: - Add message text in the Body also you have formatting options (bold, emojis, etc.).

- You can also add the variables with the options provided in the + Add Token.

- Include footer and buttons if required for any Post Scripts.

- For Example Welcome to our community! 🎉 We're excited to have you on board.

Step 5: - In buttons, you have 2 options, Call To Action and Quick Reply, Choose between Call To Action and Quick Reply.

- In CTA you can add 2 buttons and in Quick Reply you can add 3 buttons.

- For Example, When adding a Call To Action button, you'll choose the action type and button text, URL etc. and on the right side, you'll see a preview of your template.

Step 6: - Review the template and click Submit.

- Templates undergo approval, which may take up to 24 Hrs. as per Facebook Meta Guidelines.

  • In this way, you can create WhatsApp Templates.
