# Creating SMS Template

SMS Communication Templates

Admin can  create ready to use SMS templates for the team, so team just need to select the template while sending the SMS communication.

**Step 1: -** Navigate to the **Basic Settings Panel** on the left side.

              \- Select **SMS Templates**.

&#x20;             \-  Click the **Add SMS Template.**<br>

**Step 2: -** Create your SMS Template

&#x20;             \- Give a Name to the template and Create your SMS

**Step 5:** Click on **PUBLISH**

You can add variables like counselors name, counselor contact number, etc in your message.
