SMS Communication Templates
Admin can create ready to use SMS templates for the team, so team just need to select the template while sending the SMS communication.
Step 1: - Navigate to the Basic Settings Panel on the left side.
- Select SMS Templates.
- Click the Add SMS Template.
Step 2: - Create your SMS Template
- Give a Name to the template and Create your SMS
Step 5: Click on PUBLISH
You can add variables like counselors name, counselor contact number, etc in your message.
