Creating SMS Template

Communication Templates

Admin can create ready to use SMS templates for the team, so team just need to select the template while sending the SMS communication.

Step 1 : Click on Settings Panel

Step 2: Click on SMS Template

Step 3: Click on Add SMS Template Icon

Step 4: Create your SMS Template

Give a Name to the template. Create your SMS

Step 5: Click on PUBLISH

You can add variables like counselors name, counselor contact number, etc in your message.
