# Adding  Followup

While working on various leads at a time, it may be difficult for a counselor to remember the next followup activity for a lead. With the help of the Add Follow Up function, you will be able to add next activity.

#### Step 1: Click on three dots from the action menu of the lead.

**Step 2:** Click on Add Follow up

#### Step 3: Add followup type, Next Action Date and Followup Comments.

#### Step 4: Click on ADD.
