# Activities Tracking

Good news is you can keep track of all activities done by the counselor and lead responses at one place.

#### You will be able to track
1. Counselor Followups
2. Lead/ Student Response
3. Lead re-inquired count
You can track all activities of the counselor & lead from the **Black Bubble & Red Bubble** Along with that you can also track the re-inquiry of that particular lead.\
\
**Black Bubble Activity** - Counselor Followups/Calling Activity - You have access to all activities the counselor has done for the lead.
**Red Bubble Activity** - You can track **Lead Response** from the red bubble.
**Green Bubble Activity** - Lead Re-Inquired count
