Steps to **Refer** a Single Lead
1. **Login to the System**
* Open the platform and enter your credentials.
* Navigate to the lead referral section.
2. **Select** '**Refer a Single Lead'**
* Click on the '**Refer Lead**' option.
3. **Select Counselor**
* Select the counselor to whom the lead needs to be transferred.
* Fill any additional notes.
4. **Refer the Single Lead**
* Click on the '**Refer**' button to complete the process.
5. **Confirmation**
* You will receive a confirmation pop-up once the lead is successfully referred.
