How to Refer a Lead - Help Manual

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to refer a lead using the system. You can either refer a single lead or multiple leads at once.

Counselor can refer/transfer a lead to another counselor in the team.

Steps to Refer a Single Lead

  1. Login to the System

  • Open the platform and enter your credentials.

  • Navigate to the lead referral section.

  1. Select 'Refer a Single Lead'

  • Click on the 'Refer Lead' option.

  1. Select Counselor

  • Select the counselor to whom the lead needs to be transferred.

  • Fill any additional notes.

  1. Refer the Single Lead

  • Click on the 'Refer' button to complete the process.

  1. Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation pop-up once the lead is successfully referred.
