How To Create WhatsApp Automation

By defining automation rules, you can ensure timely responses, reduce manual effort, and enhance the customer experience.

Follow the steps below to create seamless WhatsApp automation within your CRM. 🚀

Step 1:- Click on Drip Marketing in your CRM platform on the left-hand side of the panel.

Step 2: - Click on the Add Template icon present in the bottom right corner.

Step 3: - Name the Rule you want to create.

- Select the Start Date and Start Time when you want to initiate the trigger.

Step 4: - Click on If to add a trigger.

- Choose a trigger, For Example Status.

- Choose the If condition as per the use case. Note - You can add multiple conditions based on your requirement.

Connect with your Customer Success Manager in case you face any queries here.

Step 5: - Select the operator, e.g. Equals.

- Choose the value, e.g. Untouched.

Step 6: - Click on Then to select a Communication Action.

- Choose the action, e.g. immediate.

- Select Communication mode as WhatsApp.

Step 7: - Choose the WhatsApp template for communication. You can also set Dependent template communications by clicking on Add Dependent Action.

Connect with your Customer Success Manager in case you face any queries here.

Step 8: - On the right side of the preview tab, click on Add Dependent Action.

- Select the trigger condition, For Example status Read but not respond and set another template based out of the trigger condition.

  • In this way, you can do WhatsApp automation through drip marketing.
