# Pending Followup

My Activities

Missed your followups? Don't worry. CRM will remind you about your missed follow up activities. On top bar, you will find a number of pending activities.

#### Step 1: Click on the bell icon

#### Step 2: You will get a list of all pending activities with all details.&#x20;

#### Step 3: Click on the lead name if you wish to update it.
