Do you know you can send whats app message directly to your lead?

Step 1: Click on the WhatsApp icon from the action menu.

Step 2: This redirects you to the Web Whats App.

You need to keep web Whats App active in your browser

Step 3: You will be able to continue the conversation with a lead without even adding the lead in your phone contact list.
