Creating Whats App Template

Admin can create ready to use Whats App templates for the team, so team just need to select the template while sending the Whats App communication.

Step 1 : Click on Settings Panel

Step 2: Click on Whats App Templates

Step 3: Click on Add Whats App Template Icon

Step 4: Create your Whats App Template

Give a Name to the template. Create your message

Step 5: Click on PUBLISH

You can add variables like counselors name, counselor contact number, etc in your message.
