How to Access Workflow Automation

  1. Log in to the system.

  2. On the left-hand side panel, locate the dedicated Workflow Automation section.

  3. Click on Workflow Automation to open the Automation Dashboard.

Creating a New Workflow

  1. On the Automation Dashboard, navigate to the bottom-right corner.

  2. Click on the ‘+’ (Plus) icon displayed in white and orange.

  3. A new category selection window will open.

  4. You will see three workflow categories to choose from.

  5. Update Attributes, Fields, or Add Milestones

  6. Send Immediate Communication

  7. Nurture with Time-Based Workflow

Workflow Categories:

1. Update Attributes, Fields, or Add Milestones

This category is used when you want to make system updates without sending any communication.

Key Capabilities:

  • Update attributes or fields such as Priority, Lead Owner, etc.

  • Add milestones to leads or applications.

  • Apply updates immediately or after a time delay.

Best Used When:

  • Internal updates are required.

  • You want to automate system-level changes without notifying the lead.

2. Send Immediate Communication

This category allows you to send one-time communication instantly.

Key Capabilities:

  • Send a single WhatsApp or Email communication.

  • Action is executed immediately after the trigger.

  • No dependent or follow-up actions can be added.

Best Used When:

  • You need to send an instant message based on a trigger.

  • No further nurturing or conditional actions are required.

3. Nurture with Time-Based Workflow

This category is designed for structured lead nurturing with multiple actions.

Key Capabilities:

  • Send multiple communications with defined time gaps.

  • Add dependent actions based on outcomes.

  • Update attributes or fields such as Priority, Lead Owner, etc.

Best Used When:

  • You want to run a communication journey over time.

  • Conditional actions and follow-ups are required based on lead behavior.
